Cancellation fee (within 48 hours of a scheduled recording) $150

Cancellations within 48 hours of a scheduled recording are subject to a fee, per occurrence.
Additional edits to previously edited podcasts $150/Episode

Additional edits to a previously edited podcast, or published episode are subject to a fee.
Rush Fees** $125/Episode

Rush fees apply when a client requests an episode to be produced with a quick turn-around and it is required sooner than 10 days from the recording date.
Scrubbed Transcript $75/Transcript

Transcripts will be "scrubbed" to remove spelling errors and name/title corrections.
Blog Post $250/Blog Post

We will write a 500-700 word blog post based on the podcast episode recorded.
Additional Asset Templates $200/Set

Additional asset template set will be created based on your brand standards. Additional asset templates may be required if you choose to rebrand your company and podcast graphics.
Intro/Outro Recording (after initial onboarding) Prices Vary

Re-recording of Intro/Outro after the initial onboarding is subject to an additional fee. Price varies based on the voice-over costs; an estimate will be provided prior to proceeding please confirm pricing prior to requesting a change.
Additional Equipment Prices Vary

Additional equipment may be purchased through ProudMouth, please review your needs with your Podcast Host/Client Success Coordinator and they will be able to recommend the right equipment for your needs. Price varies based on the voice-over costs; an estimate will be provided prior to proceeding
NSF Fees $50/Transaction

Non Sufficient Funds Fees apply to any payments that are returned.
Late Payment Fees 5% of the outstanding amount per month
